Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to access your health care records. To request your records, please submit a written request by emailing info@healinghaciendacounseling.com. Requests are processed in accordance with Texas law, and reasonable fees may apply.

If you have questions about provider licensure or professional standards, you may contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).

Filing a Complaint

If you would like to file a consumer complaint, you may do so through the Office of the Attorney General of Texas - Consumer Protection Division.
